Kong Environmental Industry Association - Study Mission 2007 |
Hong
Kong Environmental Industry Association (HKEnvIA) is organizing
a study mission on June 7-8, 2007. Your company is cordially
invited to participate. |
The
study mission's program includes a plant visit to Lee Kum
Kee's production plant in Qibao, Xinhui, Guangdong Province.
The total investments in this production plant, for both sauces
and condiments; and health products amounted to RMB 500 million.
With a total plant size of 1.13 million square meters, sizeable
operations and the state-of-the art technology, this plant
leads the food industry in China and is known as the largest
production facility of its kind in the country. Equipped with
advanced extraction and concentration technology, the production
lines of health products meet the stringent requirements of
health food GMP standard. In addition, among all the tonic
product manufacturers in China, Nanfang Lee Kum Kee's Xinhui
Plant has installed its own invented China's first high-speed
glass-bottling tonic product production line in accordance
with the rules of health food GMP standard. In fact, this
production plant, comprising Lee Kum Kee (Xinhui) Food Co.,
Ltd. and Guangdong Nanfang Lee Kum Kee Health Products Co.,
Ltd., is the largest plant worldwide. |

2005-2006 President's Report |
In this year, the Hong Kong Environmental Industry Association (HKEnvIA) continue its effort in developing closer network and relationship with the environment-related industries in Hong Kong, mainland and overseas. Working closely with Hong Kong Trade Development Council, we have organized and supported different events to promote Hong Kong as a trade and information center of Environmental Technologies, providing a platform for the exchange, corporation and communication between Mainland China & Overseas. In addition, we have also partner with other associations in organizing or supporting events to promote "green concept" to the general public. |
